The beans for this extract are hand-cultivated on the northeast coast of Madagascar. Our extracts are crafted using the "two-fold" extraction method, preferred by professional pastry chefs and bakers to enhance aroma and complex floral flavors.
You will also notice that we don't use corn syrup or sugar. When you work with the best vanilla beans, you don't have to add any sugar or other sweetners. So we don't.
