arabica coffee mocha with a crunch
A good friend of ours in Madagascar cultivates the only high-grade Arabica coffee on the island. We tasted the coffee once and knew we had to get it into our chocolate.
The coffee beans are shade grown by a small farming cooperative in the highlands of Madagascar. We then blended the coffee nibs with our classic cocoa nibs and traditional chocolate. The result: a rich coffee and caramel flavor, every crunchy bite both sweet and savory.
